Applications are open to become a sponsor or vendor.
Booth fees range from $200 to $2,000 for individual booths and a 50% deposit must be made with the application. Balance to be paid in full 90 days prior to the event. Space is not guaranteed until the exhibitor has received the application and 50% deposit or in full. Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received until all spaces are filled.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be given if written cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the event. If written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the event, 50% will be refunded. Cancellation within 45 days of the event will not be refunded.
